LEARNING OBJECTIVES

After completing the CME activity, learners should be better able to:

1.Describe the rationale for higher PASI goals in patients with moderate-to-severe psoriasis taking biologics
2.Review the pathophysiologic similarities between psoriasis and cardiovascular disease to better manage the psoriasis patient
3. Discuss patient-focused therapeutic goals and the role or biologics in pursuing these targets.

This activity is intended for dermatologists, physician assistants, nurses and nurse practitioners who are involved in the management of patients with psoriasis
