Learning Objectives

After completing the CME activity, learners should be better able to:
• Discuss diagnostic best practices in PsA, particularly strategies that allow for earlier diagnosis
• Describe the comorbidities associated with PsA including CVD and their importance in the individualization of patient management
• Review the mechanisms of action and efficacy/safety profiles of new and emerging biologics for the treatment of PsA with an emphasis on musculoskeletal and skin manifestations in addition to CVD and quality of life (QoL) outcomes
• Discuss strategies designed to individualize therapy through improved communication amongst the members of the patient care team, as well as with their patients

This activity is intended for rheumatologists and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of patients with psoriatic arthritis.
