FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why doesn't the video play?

If the video does not begin to play automatically, please try closing the player window and relaunching it. If that does not work, if you are on a network (especially a business network), it may be configured in such a way as not to allow streaming content to come through to your computer. Please contact your network administrator. You may also not have enough bandwidth throughput to support the streaming video version you chose.

Why can't I hear any audio when the video is playing?

First, check your connections. Make sure your speakers are plugged into your sound card and your outlet. Make sure your speakers are turned on and the volume is turned up. If you still cannot hear audio, try adjusting your volume from within your computer control panel and from within the player. To adjust the volume on your Computer Control Panel:

1.   Select Start, Settings, Control Panel and Sounds and Multimedia.

2.   Select the Audio tab and the Volume button under Audio Playback

3.   Turn up the volume. (If it is grayed out, your system is not configured for sound.)

To adjust the volume in the player, click on the + or - buttons next to the little loudspeaker icon below the lower right portion of the video window.
