To register: Please scroll down the page and click on the orange “PURCHASE” button below in the center. Enter your information and click “SUBMIT.” A confirmation email will be sent to the email account with which you registered.

To view each session description: Click on the hyperlinked session titles below. All three sessions and their details are listed together on a separate page. Please scroll to locate the session information you seek.

To view a preview of each session: Click on the white "Play" arrow over each still image below.

To download session handouts: Right click over the PDF and save the file to your computer.

To apply for CE credits: Click the Education Credit form and complete per the instructions.
